In Pro view:
- All charts of accounts are downloadable.
- All implementation scripts are downloadable.
- All illustrations are available without view limits.
When logged into Pro view, all files are downloadable at any time without any restrictions.
The COAS are updated annually. Occasionally, an interim update is posted alongside the annual update. These files also remain on the server until the next, annual update cycle.
Archived copies of the previous year's COAs are available upon request.
The COA files are downloadable in .xlsx format.
Import into some ERP systems may require a CSV format.
As the COAs already utilize the comma, instead of saving as CSV in Excel the COA should be saved as tab-delimited text for best results.
